GoToTraining will continue to be available in Canvas until the end of the Winter 2020 term. Access to Zoom begins in February 2020 with full cutover Summer I 2020. Zoom is available for Students, Faculty and Staff. Display video for up to 49 participants on a single screen in gallery view.Participant limit of 300 attendees per meeting (up from 200 with GoToTraining).Whiteboarding, nonverbal feedback, and video sharing with computer audio.Accessibility improvements like keyboard shortcuts and screen reader support.Canvas, Kaltura (SharkMedia), Skype, and Outlook integrations, among others.Zoom offers the same set of core functionality as GoToTraining with several additional "quality of life" improvements. Zoom was selected for its simplicity, reliability, and consistency across devices creating a seamless user experience for all. The Office of Innovation and Information Technology has selected Zoom as the new web conferencing solution to replace LogMeIn's GoToTraining and GoToMeeting suite of products.
